SAT/ACT Information

1. Method Test Prep is now available online.
All upper school students (grades 9-12) can use this free self-paced program until March 5. Check your school email for instructions for how to access the program. While all students can use Method Test Prep, I highly recommend that sophomores and juniors take advantage of this great opportunity to maximize their preparation for the SAT and the ACT. Any seniors who are still trying to take one more test should also consider it.

2. Juniors should plan to take the SAT and ACT this spring or early summer.
Sophomores still have plenty of time, but some choose to take at least one test this year for practice.
Freshman do not need to take SAT or ACT yet.

SAT Test dates: January 21, March 11, May 6, June 3.
ACT Test dates: Feb. 11, April 8 (at Fuqua), June 10

Register here for the SAT:
Register here for the ACT:
*I recommend completing Method Test Prep and then taking the March 11 SAT and the April 8 ACT.

3. PSAT score reports and test booklets were distributed to all juniors and sophomores. Please encourage your students to review the report. This will help them determine areas they need to focus on for SAT/ACT preparation. Reports can also be accessed online at
