Class of 2023's Little Gem Magnolia

Posted On: 1/20/2017 9:11 AM

Fuqua School’s Class of 2023 celebrated their “move up the hill” by planting a tree near the middle school. This tree-planting tradition, started six years ago by the Class of 2018, is an important aspect of the transition to life on the middle/upper school campus. Trees symbolize new beginnings and accomplishments, and the sixth-grade trees also have added beauty, shade, and remembrance to Fuqua’s campus. Mrs. Rhew and the Class of 2023 would like to thank the PTSA for the beautiful Little Gem Magnolia. Mrs. Rhew told the class, "Much like these roots support this tree, we are all here to support you developing your boundless individual potential."
