Leave Farmville on Route 15 North. At Sprouse's Corner, turn left onto Route 60 West. Go 5 miles and turn right onto Route 56 West. Follow this road for 24 miles. Turn right onto Route 29 North. Take a left onto Highway 6 North. Follow Route 6 as it turns left onto US 250 West. Then turn left onto I-64 West. Go 12 miles; bear right onto I-81 North. Bear right onto the ramp to US 250 (North-West). Turn right onto US 250 West. In 2 miles, turn right onto US 11 and 250 (North-East). Take a sharp left onto US 250 West and then bear right onto Market Street. Follow as the road goes into Middlebrook Avenue. The gym is located at 1218 Middlebrook Avenue.
