Honeywell Instant Alert System

 

We are always looking for ways to improve communication with our Fuqua Family, and for that reason, we are now operating on the Honeywell Instant Alert System, through which the school will be able to communicate emergency information, such as school closings. 

We know you have phone numbers, email addresses and circumstances that change throughout the year; therefore, we are putting the power into your hands to make changes to your profile on the Instant Alert System.  Since you will be in charge, you can make the changes as often as you deem necessary.

Below you will find instructions and a link that will connect you to the Honeywell web site.  On that site, you can register, and then make the changes that work best for you.

When you first register and log in, you will see that we have input only your home phone number.  Make sure that is correct; then go ahead and add whatever names and numbers you would like.  You can designate who will receive communications from Fuqua School (additional family members, grandparents, babysitters, or others) as well as establish the means by which the communication will be received (telephone, cell phone, pager, text, or email).  It’s all up to you!

PLEASE NOTE:  to save time and money, the majority of our communications with our parents is via email, so it is imperative that we have your correct email address and that you check it often. 

If you do not have a current email address on file with us, please call 392-4131 to make that correction.
