Extended Day Program
Fuqua School's Extended Day Program is designed for students ages 3-12 and operates on the Lower School campus on regular school days. The morning session runs from 7:40 to 8:10 A.M., and the afternoon session from the end of the school until 5:30 P.M.
Well-planned activities under the supervision of the program coordinators include arts and crafts, games, computer use, and constructive play, with optional supervised study periods for students in grades 2-5. The program is licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services. All staff members are trained in the area of child care and development, and a CPR/first aid trained staff member is present at all times. Nutritional snacks are provided daily.
