Nancy Anderson Haga Forensic Hall of Fame

Established in 2016, the Nancy Anderson Haga Forensic Hall of Fame honors those who have made a lasting contribution by their outstanding achievement in the field of Forensics and Debate.

On Friday, June 17, Dr. Haga was the first member inductee in to the Nancy Anderson Haga Forensic Hall of Fame.

In 1965, Dr. Haga started a forensic program at then Prince Edward Academy to allow students the opportunity to compete in debate and speech tournaments. That program existed until the mid-1990s. Her former students, colleagues and members of the community attend to honor a woman who has given so much to improving the lives at the School, Farmville and neighboring counties, as well as throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
